Additional Information
A Security Deposit £100 extra to cover the cost of any damage, breakages, cleanliness etc. The cottage is to be left in a clean and tidy condition on departure, and the deposit of £100 will be returned within seven days (7) after the end of the holiday, less any deductions for damage, breakages or for any excessive cleaning we carried out etc.
Payment: Cheque - to: Mrs Sally Stanton address on Contact Us page. The deposit first has a security payment to secure your booking. You will recieve confirmation of your booking. The full Payment is due 6 weeks before the holiday starts, when I recieve this you will get a receipt.
Arrival times 4pm and departure time 9:30am. On arrival please come to Skyviews which is next door to pick up the keys for Acorn Views.
Cancellation-Alterations
Cancellations are to be in writing by the person who made the booking. There will be a charge of £100, therefore we will keep the Security Deposit.
Guests Responsibilities
The use of the accommodation, equipment, and any other amenities on site, is entirely at the hirer’s risk and no responsibility can be accepted for injury, loss or damage to the guests personally, or their belongings- including cars. Children to be supervised at all times ranch fencing around property.
The cottage is to be left in a clean and tidy condition on departure.
Owner’s liabilities
The owner shall not be liable to the guests for any equipment, machinery or appliance in the cottage, garden or for any loss damage or injury causes by adverse weather conditions, riot, war, strikes of any other matters beyond the control of the Owner.
